Refund or Exchange

  1. Refund or Exchange of an item may be done within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item returned is in its original condition and sealed packaging.
  2. If you return an item without its original packaging, proof of purchase must be provided to the store’s authorized staff
  3. You may be entitled to return goods within 14 days for the following reasons:
    1. Goods are unsafe
    2. Products that are not performing the function that it is being promoted for or as on package
    3. Product does not satisfy the purpose for which it was bought as communicated by the salesperson and/or requested by customer
  4. You cannot return goods for the following reasons:
    1. Goods that has been altered, disassembled, permanently installed
    2. You were afforded an opportunity to inspect the goods prior to your purchase and subsequently changed your mind about the goods
    3. In the case of you changing your mind or impulse purchases and the box has been opened, we reserve the right not to do a refund of the purchase
  5. Refunds will not be allowed on items that have been damaged due to consumer negligence or non-adherence to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Faulty items returned within 6 months of purchase may be repaired.
  7. Stores will request for a technical report from the service provider for items that are either mechanical or electronic.  This is to ensure that the item was not damaged due to customer negligence or non-adherence to manufacturer’s instructions.
  8. A quotation charge will be applicable when an item is “out of the warranty” period and is sent to the service provider for repairs.
  9. Should you not agree to the quote given by the service provider, you will be liable for a quotation charge in accordance to the service provider procedure.
  10. Should the customer agree and give the go ahead for the repair, the customer will not have to pay for the quotation charge.
  11. No cash refunds on Credit Cards.
  12. Cellphones, Airtime, Data, Ticketing may not be refunded or exchanged.
  13. Proof of purchase (till slip) is required to honor any warranty, repairs or claims.
  14. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash and the balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
